7. Stock

12. Withdrawal, Exchanges, and Returns

The customer is entitled to a 60-day warranty to use the product. If, within this period, they choose to return it, they must follow the conditions below: In the case of a full refund request, a restocking fee of 15% of the total order value will be applied. This fee is intended to cover operational costs related to the return process, such as product inspection, repackaging, inventory control, and internal administration. 19. Duration

HIMALAYAN BURN and the User agree that the Central Court of the District of São Paulo, SP, Brazil, shall be the sole competent jurisdiction to resolve any disputes or controversies arising from or resulting from the use of the Site, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, no matter how privileged it may be or may become.

RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND POLICY You may request an exchange for your purchase at HIMALAYAN BURN within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, with no additional cost. To do so, you must contact our Customer Service and request the exchange procedure. If the exchange request is made outside this period, or if the product has been used, damaged, or is not in its original packaging, HIMALAYAN BURN will not be able to accept the exchange, and the purchase will be returned to you.
